Q:  How much do you charge to deliver?

A:  Delivery to any Knoxville, TN address is $10. There may be an additional $10 fuel fee for Deliveries outside of Knoxville, but within our delivery area.

Q:  Do you deliver in the Snow?

A:  We will absolutely deliver during in-climate weather! The Delivery fee will be $25 and will be reflected at checkout.  This is due to the risk we take to provide our services.

If the delivery is on top of a dangerous hill, mountain, or any other dangerous location; we will go as far as we can and will call the recipient to see if they can meet us. If not, we will have to reschedule the delivery for another time when the streets are safer to travel. There will be a re-delivery fee of $10. We are sorry if this causes and inconvenience.

Q:  What areas do you deliver to?

A:  We deliver to Knoxville, TN and the Surrounding Counties.  (Note: The standard delivery fee is for the Knoxville Area. Deliveries outside of the Knoxville area may be an additional $10 fuel fee).  If you need a delivery outside of our delivery area, please call (865) 455-7467 .  We will try our best to deliver your grocery needs within the state of  TN.  However, additional fuel charges may be added and Same Day delivery may not be available.

Q:  Where do the groceries come from?

A:  We proudly select the freshest produce, the finest cuts of meat, and the best name brand and local store brand items.  Our local supplier cuts their meat daily (they ARE the “Meat Experts”!) and they provide the best locally grown produce from farms here in the south and all around (now THAT’S supporting your local economy)!

Q:  How will you handle my groceries?

A:  Mobile Market is VERY selective when filling your order.  We check all expiration dates and pick the product with the longest usable time available.  We pick the freshest produce with the least amount of blemishes possible (if you prefer green bananas as apposed to yellow, just put it in the notes at check out.  We aim to please!)  We will treat your groceries like you would treat them.  And, no…we won’t squish the bread!

Q:  What if I order a product and it is not available?

A:  We will try our best to get the exact item you purchased.  However, if the item is not available or out of stock, we will replace it with an item of equal quality and/or comparable price.  If that is not available, we will get you double the quantity in the store brand.  If no substitution is available, we will call you to ask for your preference.  We will try to inform you of the substitutions at your door.  If you are not satisfied with the substitution, we will take the product back at the time of the delivery and refund the amount you spent on the original item purchased.

Q:  I live on the third floor of my apartment complex.  Can you deliver to me?

A:  Yes!  It is included in our service to you!  We have a grocery delivery cart that we bring right to your door!  You can even take it inside and unload your items in you kitchen (we try to make the process as easy as possible!)

Q:  I want to tip the delivery driver but, I don’t usually keep cash.

A:  Gratuity is greatly appreciated by our delivery drivers (it is not required, but appreciated).  If you wish to give a tip, you can add it to your order by visiting the “Gratuity” category and adding the amount you wish to tip to the cart.  You can also give a tip at the door!  NOW, our delivery drivers can accept credit cards, debit cards, or cash at the door!  Mobile Market uses the Square Up mobile credit and debit card processor that enables you to give a tip if you choose to!  It is quick, easy, and secure!  Just ask us at the door!
